By accessing or using any services offered by Escape The Odds ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, SMS communications, or any related offerings, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Escape The Odds provides the following:

• Documentary film and educational media, including Escape The Odds and related screening programs for institutions, reentry organizations, and the public.
• The Bounce Forward reentry curriculum and related licensing for correctional facilities, transitional centers, and community reentry programs.
• Self-paced courses delivered through our learning platform at courses.escapetheodds.com.
• Vocational training and entrepreneurship programs designed to support justice impacted individuals in building sustainable income and ownership.
• Speaking engagements, partnerships, and institutional programming for organizations seeking to host the film or collaborate on workforce development initiatives.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the following:

• Message Types: You may receive promotional offers, announcements, updates, and marketing content related to our products and services.
• Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on active campaigns.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further promotional SMS will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at the information below.
• Supported Carriers: Service is available on major U.S. carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No Sharing: Your phone number and consent will not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

To opt in, you must provide your mobile number through our opt-in form and affirmatively confirm your consent. By doing so, you represent that you are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to enroll.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enroll in our SMS program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree not to use our services or communications to:

All content on our website and in our communications — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, curriculum, and software — is the property of Escape The Odds or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Results mentioned in any of our communications are not guaranteed and may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Escape The Odds, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

You may discontinue use of our services at any time. To opt out of SMS communications, reply STOP to any message.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
